Product Introduction
Purpose and Significance: The equipment is an advanced high-precision detection tool for
air conditioning condenser evaporators. It is designed to ensure
the sealing and quality of crucial components in air conditioning
systems.
Principle of Operation: Based on the helium leak detection principle, helium is used as a
tracer gas. It is filled into the workpiece within the vacuum box,
and the helium leak detector quickly and accurately determines the
workpiece's leakage with high precision.
Work Process
Vacuum Chamber Configuration: The system has three linked vacuum chambers. Operators place
parts into the chambers and connect them using quick joints. By
pressing the two green buttons on the upper edge of the vacuum
chamber, the chamber door closes, and the detection cycle starts
automatically.
Safety Feature: Grating protectors on both sides of the vacuum chamber door
ensure that no objects interfere with the door's movement when it
closes. Once a door is closed, the detection cycle in that chamber
commences.
