Feature:

2. Chamber structure, recycling water, energy saving and

3. There is a transparent observation window (tempered glass
material) on the door, and LED lighting is installed in the box to
facilitate internal observation.
4. Installed sample power outlet (AC220, 10A), sample power supply
power off time can be controlled by the program: power failure
(0-999min) - power (0-999min) - power outage (0- 999min), suitable
for the sample to be powered on and off during the test.
5. Turntable drive: the use of high-quality stepper motor, speed
and angle can be set on the touch screen (adjustable), accurate
stepless adjustment within the standard range, and can
automatically control the positive and negative rotation (positive
and reverse: Suitable for sample power test to prevent winding)
6. The test time can be set on the touch screen, the setting range
is: 0-999min (adjustable).
7. Filtration measures: Standard high-precision filter can
effectively filter impurities in tap water; filter element can be
replaced regularly.
8. Added the function of “remote operation”: the user can perform
parameter setting, start, stop, clear data and other actions on the
mobile phone and computer. (You need to download the corresponding
software).
Material description:
1. Made of domestic high-quality steel plate, the surface is
painted with paint, beautiful and durable.
2. Inner chamber and turntable: All are made of SUS304# stainless
steel plate to ensure no rust for long time use.
3. The core control system: the use of color 7-inch touch screen +
PLC (software program developed by Guangzhou Hongce independently).
4. Electrical components: the use of brands such as LG, Omron
(wired process fully meets national standards).
5. Oscillating tube drive: the use of high-quality servo stepper
motor, oscillating tube speed, angle is adjustable, there is no
out-of-step problem ("out of step" will cause the swing tube to
malfunction, hit the middle of the turntable shaft, causing
equipment damage )
6. The drip tank is constructed of high-rust stainless steel; the
nozzle contact position is made of brass cone for easy installation
of the spray nozzle.
